Certain items cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled, including: personalized items, Custom or Made to Order items (Please refer to items description for further detail), items purchased as final sale, live botanicals, and items used and/or damaged. Shipping charges are non refundable. Other restrictions may apply.
Damage Claims Policy
in the Unlikely even an item was not received in a good condition please take the following steps:
Do not refuse the package
Refusal of delivery will result in the customer being responsible for any additional expenses incurred.
Document visible damage on P.o.d.
Note any visible damage on the proof of delivery. To avoid undue delay to the driver, only document immediate, observable damage or shortages on the delivery receipt. If the packaging is damaged, avoid writing "subject to inspection."
Fully Inspect
Within five (5) days of receipt, please open and thoroughly inspect all contents of any damage or missing items.
Take Photographs
Capture clear photographs of both the damaged item(s) and the packaging. These photographs are essential for processing any repair or replacement requests. Requests for repair or replacement cannot be processed without photographic evidence of the damage and packaging.
Report damages & shortages within 5 days
Send Services@Lhnsaiehhome.com a email with photographs of within (5) calendar days upon delivery.
- Include Your Name, Invoice number, delivery date, Tracking number, Number of delivery carrier, and a brief description of the claim.
Claims will not be accepted after (5) calendar days. Initiating a claim by sending an email with required documentation is and all that will be required for pending approval.
Keep all packaging
Keep all boxes and packaging material (inner and outer) until your claim is resolved .

Please Keep in mind some Lhnsaieh home items are naturally sustained or handcrafted. variation in color, texture, finish and pattern is to be expected and is not grounds for a claim.
Instead refer to the return section.
Returns: At this time due to the complexity and time that goes into each piece, we do not issue returns after 7 days upon delivery. After all sales are final unless the product is defective. Items need to be unopen and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted within 14 days, and 21 days on a case-by-case basis for certain items. Items must be unused and in original condition including packaging.
